  • Blood testing

    This private (paid for) service is provided by our pharmacist. The small blood sample is taken by finger prick and sent away to our partnering lab for results, so if you are worried about any of the following health conditions - cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid, heart, kidney, or liver we can take a small blood sample to check your levels. The lab can also check your vitamin levels, sports fitness levels and do a general well woman/man service and many more.

  • Chickenpox - vaccination

    The chickenpox (varicella) vaccine is a series of two shots that can protect nearly everyone from contracting chickenpox. The first should be given at the age of 12-18 months and the second shot should be given between 4-6 years of age. Older children and adults should have two shots as well, with the second shot occurring at least 28 days after the first.
